Hello everyone,
The first thing is that the attention at the reception was always correct, polite, and efficient. Also, they gave us chocolates when we arrived.
It is a very large complex with several buildings, and it was a bit confusing at first to get to the room. It also serves as a student residence.
Our room was spacious and with a lot of furniture to put clothes; especially closets and hangers that are vital for me when I travel.

At first glance it seemed clean, the bad thing is that some parts of the walls were stained.
The bathroom was a good size, especially when compared to the one in our London hotel, which was like a Barbie bathroom. It had enough soap and shampoo for the entire stay, and the towels were changed every two days.

There was a television, but we didn’t use it since we always watch what we have downloaded on the computer.
The heating worked perfectly, and the room was always at a comfortable temperature.
The breakfast was buffet style and had a good variety of everything. I loved it because there were a lot of cereals and nuts. They also had many kinds of teas.
Another thing that we loved is that there were many vegan options.

One day we needed to print the tickets to go to Bratislava and the receptionist printed them without charging us anything. It’s the first time I’ve seen this in a hotel.
I would have given them 5 stars on TripAdvisor, but the WI-FI was catastrophic, which was absurd being a student residence and doing lots of conferences every day. It didn’t work well for us for one day.
